Two fixed-price packages cover the whole system — your Client Portrait, brand direction, website, visibility, and monthly marketing. Below: exactly what they cost, exactly what’s included, and what an agency charges for the same work.

Two packages. Everything included.

The Launch System

$5,500 one-time · live in about 3 weeks

  • Step 2 — Website. Custom-built from your Direction. Loads instantly, can’t be hacked, costs almost nothing to run. Booking, payments, and email built in.
  • Step 3 — Get Found. Google search, AI search, and an optimized Google Business Profile. When someone asks for what you do, you come up.
  • Ownership. Every account and every file in your name from day one. Leave anytime, take everything.

Why is this half the price of an agency?

When you pay an agency $5,000 a month, a large part of that money funds the agency: payroll, office space, sales teams, account managers. It has to — that’s what an agency is.

Context Arcana is one senior engineer with an AI‑native delivery system. Your brand direction is decided once and written down. From that single source, the website, the articles, the social posts, and the emails are all produced — with AI doing the heavy lifting and a human reviewing everything before it ships. No overhead to fund, no telephone game between account manager and designer, no minimum billable hours.

That’s the whole answer. Agency‑grade output, boutique attention, at roughly half of agency cost — not because the work is worth less, but because the delivery costs less. The savings are passed to you because the goal is a small number of long, good partnerships — not a big number of accounts.

Why there are two prices — and a limit.

7 of 10 founding spots filled — 3 remaining. Founding clients get the lower rate — $4,000 for the Launch System, $950/month for the Marketing Engine — locked for the life of our partnership, in exchange for feedback and being early. When the spots are gone, standard rates apply.

I take a maximum of 12 monthly partners and 2 builds at a time. When it's full, there's a waitlist. That’s not marketing scarcity — it’s the honest limit of one person doing the work well. The cap is what keeps the quality boutique while the price stays half of agency.

Strategic Partnerships

Some practices aren’t a website project — they’re a life’s work looking for a builder. For established practitioners whose work has outgrown fixed-scope projects — an author with decades of titles, a teacher with a school to bring online, a practice with a catalog to build a business around — I take on a small number of long-term partnerships, structured as revenue share or a custom contract: I’m paid by what the work produces, not by the hour.

The same rules as every package on this page still hold: your accounts, your name, your work. And there’s no sticker price here because the structure is the negotiation — the transparency is that you’ll see the whole deal, in writing, before anything is signed.

What people ask about cost.

Typical 2026 agency rates run $10,000+ for a custom small business website, with retainers of $2,500–$10,000/month. Template builders look cheaper up front but leave you invisible on search and renting your own presence. The Launch System — brand direction, custom website with booking and payments, and Google + AI search visibility — is $5,500 one-time ($4,000 founding), with monthly marketing at $1,250/month ($950 founding).
An agency’s price includes their payroll, office, sales team, and account managers. Here there’s one senior engineer and an AI‑native delivery system: your brand direction is decided once, and everything else is produced from it — reviewed by a human before it ships. Same grade of output, a fraction of the overhead. The full explanation is right above this FAQ.
No. The website itself costs almost nothing to run — typically under $20/year for the domain name. Booking and payment tools have their own standard fees, which you’d pay with any provider — and those accounts are yours. The Marketing Engine is month to month; stop anytime and the website keeps working.
The first clients get lower locked rates in exchange for feedback and being early: $4,000 instead of $5,500 for the Launch System, $950/month instead of $1,250 for the Marketing Engine. Founding clients keep their rate for the life of the partnership. When the 3 remaining spots are gone, standard rates apply.
Custom software — booking platforms, field tools, member systems — is scoped and priced after a discovery conversation, because every custom build is different. The packages on this page are fixed-price because their scope is fixed. For established practices with a deep body of work, there are also strategic partnerships — revenue share or a custom contract. See custom work examples →
No. The Launch System is complete on its own, and the Marketing Engine is month to month with no long-term contract. Most clients continue it because visibility compounds — but the system, the website, and every account are yours either way.
